It is clear that the education sector for Apple is not new and the company’s former CEO Steve Jobs kept the schools in the top right from the beginning of the company. Although the company lagged behind Google and Microsoft, and these two companies have made their top place by giving cheap computers in the education world. Specifically, Google has made a lot of leap through special software such as the Google Classroom included in Chromebooks and G suites.
According to research firm Frost and Sullivan, the global education tech market had revenues of $ 17.7 billion (about $ 1150.33 billion) last year. Apple made 17 percent of mobile computing shippers for American students, Google’s operating system Chromebook or Android Tablets found 60 percent of the marketplace. At the same time, Microsoft and its affiliates hold 22 percent stake.
Last year, Apple introduced cheap iPad with $329 (about Rs 21,380), which was the step taken to stop the growing movement of the Chromebook in the market. But Apple is also planning to bring in an affordable MacBook Notebook for its more affordable version, which can remove the MacBook Air and capture it at a price lower than $ 1,000.
