HMD Global has started launching Nokia’s Android smartphones one after another. Recently the company launched the budget smartphone Nokia 2. Now the reports are coming that the company is preparing to bring an entry-level smartphone named Nokia 1.
Android Go is Google’s light operating system, which is officially launched by the company. This smartphone can come with Google’s operating system. According to reports, Nokia 1 has been designed for the emerging smartphone market.
Twitter user Elder Murtajin has a tweet in which he has stated that Nokia 1 will be part of Google’s Android Oreo (GO Edition). According to reports, this entry-level smartphone will have 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal memory. It will come with HD display and it is being claimed that its price will be within 5000 rupees.
It is worth noting that Google has developed a special app ecosystem for the Android Oreo Go Edition. This will include apps like YouTube Go, Map Go, Assistant Go, Files Go and Google Go. The specialty of these apps is that they can also be run in smartphones with low Internet speed and low specifications. At present, the company has not provided any information.
Nokia has so far launched Nokia 8, Nokia 6, Nokia 5, Nokia 3 and Nokia 2 in India. Of these, Nokia 8 is the flagship smartphone of the company, while the Nokia 2 is a budget smartphone. Reports say that Nokia 1 will be launched in March next year.
