The Range Rover Velar is offered in India with three different engine options – the first one is 180hp, 2.0-litre diesel, the second one is 300hp, 3.0 V6 diesel, and last one is 250hp, 2.0 petrol. The last one is of particular interest because it’s an all-new engine from Jaguar Land Rover’s Ingenium family.
Even on the go, it runs quite muted, and, in effect, masks the performance it has to offer.
The Range Rover Velar uses an all-independent suspension setup with double wishbone up in the front and a multi-link arrangement at the rear. Here, one thing for taking note is that not all Velars are built the same. Only V6 diesel model get air suspension, while others use steel springs.
Should you buy Range Rover Velar?
This car will be completed with a lot of luxury SUVs currently available in India, which include powerful cars like Audi Q7, BMW X5, Mercedes-Benz GLE and Volvo XC90. This SUV is going to be competing with the company’s Land Rover Discovery and Jaguar F-Pace from Porsche Cayenne SUV also.
Technogot will advise you think twice before choosing Range rover velar because there are so many options available in the market.
