Twitter reported in October that the company is launching a bookmark feature to use tweets in the future. Now it seems that social media giant is testing the feature on the Android smartphone.
In November, the company had said that the testing of this feature has started. According to the latest update, it is clear that Twitter remains with this name and this feature is designed to facilitate the user. So that the user can mark the tweet privately for personal use.
A report from Google 9to5 has revealed that the Bookmarks feature was seen in Twitter’s Android App version 7.29. However, Technogot could not see this feature while we were also using this version.
According to reports “Clicking on the drop-down menu in the top right corner of each tweet will see the new” Tweet Add Bookmarks “option. And this will be the first option in this menu. A snack bar will appear to confirm this action. “The report further states that the bookmarks feature can be accessed from the navigation drawer located below the Movement tab.
With this feature, users will be able to create a separate list of items they want to see later. During the disclosure of this feature in October, Twitter’s product manager, Jasar Shah, had said that a special demand was being made by the user for this feature. And especially in Japan people asked to bring this feature.
Twitter has officially not made any statement about this feature.
